Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Spanish red wine (Tempranillo or Rioja preferred)
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the orange, lemon, lime, and apple into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a large pitcher, combine red wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the sliced fruits into the pitcher and stir gently.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the fruits to infuse the wine fully.
  • Before serving, add sparkling water or club soda. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
