Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, chia seeds, and flaxseed.
  • Fold in the walnuts and raisins.
  • Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  • Scoop about two tablespoons of dough for each cookie.
  • Place the cookies on the prepared baking tray and flatten them slightly.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the edges become lightly golden.
  • Cool on the baking tray for five minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely before storing.
