Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces coconut-flavored rum
  • 1 ounce coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • Shredded coconut
  • Lime wedge

Instructions
 

  • Rim the edge of a chilled martini glass with shredded coconut. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip it into a plate of shredded coconut.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add coconut-flavored rum, coconut cream, triple sec, and lime juice to the shaker.
  • Shake the ingredients well until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge.
  • Serve and enjoy your delicious Cocotini!

Notes

You can easily make a non-alcoholic version of the Cocotini by substituting the coconut-flavored rum with coconut water or a coconut-flavored syrup. Feel free to experiment with variations of the Cocotini by adding a splash of pineapple juice or coconut water for a different twist.
