Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.Lightly grease the paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.Add eggs one at a time.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and cornstarch.Mix until just combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan.Spread evenly.Bake for 28–32 minutes.
  • A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.Cool completely.
  • Heat heavy cream until steaming.Pour over chocolate chips
  • Let sit for 2 minutes.Stir until smooth and glossy.
  • Pour ganache over cooled brownies.Spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle rainbow candy-coated chocolates on top.Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes.
  • Lift brownies from pan.Cut into squares.Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
