  • Add flour and stir for 2 minutes Slowly add chicken broth Stir until smooth.
  • Pour in milk Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Reduce heat Add cheddar cheese slowly Stir until melted.
  • Blend partially for smoother texture.
  • Serve hot.
