- 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
- 1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (400 ml) evaporated milk
- ¾ cup white rum (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Add coconut milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk to a blender.
Blend until smooth and fully combined.
Add rum, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend again for 20–30 seconds.
Transfer to a glass bottle or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Shake or stir well before serving chilled.
- Coquito thickens slightly after chilling.
- Alcohol content can be adjusted or omitted.
- Always shake before serving as spices may settle.
- Best consumed within 4–5 days when refrigerated.
