Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (400 ml) coconut milk
  • 1 can (400 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (400 ml) evaporated milk
  • ¾ cup white rum (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Add rum, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend again for 20–30 seconds.
  • Transfer to a glass bottle or pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Shake or stir well before serving chilled.

Notes

  • Coquito thickens slightly after chilling.
  • Alcohol content can be adjusted or omitted.
  • Always shake before serving as spices may settle.
  • Best consumed within 4–5 days when refrigerated.
  • Glass bottles are ideal for storage and gifting.
