- 1.5 kg corned beef brisket
- 1 medium cabbage (cut into wedges)
- 4 large potatoes (peeled and chopped)
- 3 carrots (sliced)
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Water (enough to cover meat)
Rinse the corned beef under cold water.Place it in a large pot.
Add garlic, bay leaves, pepper, and mustard seeds Cover with water.
