- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Green food coloring (10–15 drops or as desired)
- 4 cups cornflakes cereal
- Red cinnamon candies or mini red M&M’s (for decoration)
In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and green food coloring until evenly tinted.
Gently fold in the cornflakes until fully coated.
Grease your hands lightly with butter or spray.
Scoop small handfuls of the mixture and form into wreath shapes on parchment paper.
Add 2–3 red cinnamon candies to each wreath.
- Use fresh marshmallows for the best texture.
- Avoid pressing too hard when shaping to keep cookies light and crunchy.
- Add more food coloring if you prefer a brighter green.
- If mixture becomes too sticky, warm it slightly to soften.
- Store in an airtight container to keep them chewy and fresh.
