- 1 cup salsa (mild, medium, or hot, based on preference)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cumin (optional)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Soften the cream cheese: Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to make mixing easier.
Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin (if using). Stir until smooth and creamy.
Optional cheese addition: Fold in shredded cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy dip.
Chill: For best flavor, refrigerate for about 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro or green onions and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
