Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions or chives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and melted butter until smooth.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheeses.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
  • Full-fat cream cheese gives the best texture.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
  • Stir halfway through baking for extra creaminess if needed.
