- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for crispy topping)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
Make the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
Add Flavor: Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the Crispy Topping: In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
Assemble the Dip: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the crispy panko topping over the dip.
Chill (Optional): For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve: Garnish with fresh dill if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
- Use dill pickles for a tangy flavor; avoid sweet pickles.
- Let the dip chill for extra flavor development.
- Adjust seasoning to taste—add more cayenne for spice or more pickle juice for tang.
