Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for crispy topping)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in chopped pickles, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.
  • Prepare the Crispy Topping: In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs and stir until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Assemble the Dip: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Sprinkle the crispy panko topping over the dip.
  • Chill (Optional): For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve: Garnish with fresh dill if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.

Notes

  • Use dill pickles for a tangy flavor; avoid sweet pickles.
  • Let the dip chill for extra flavor development.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste—add more cayenne for spice or more pickle juice for tang.
