- 2 oz (60ml) white rum, vodka, or coconut rum
- 1 oz (30ml) coconut milk or heavy cream
- 1/2 oz (15ml) lime juice
- 1 oz (30ml) simple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
- Mango slices or mint leaves (for garnish)
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine fresh mango, rum (or chosen liquor), coconut milk (or cream), lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
- Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness.
- Coconut rum enhances the tropical flavor, but vodka or white rum works well too.
- For a frozen version, freeze the mango chunks before blending.
