Ingredients
  

Strawberry Syrup

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

Cream Filling

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Layers

  • 20–24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Garnish

  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries or strawberry powder
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Fresh strawberry slices

Instructions
 

  • Cook chopped strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a saucepan for 5–7 minutes until soft. Blend lightly and cool completely.
  • Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Quickly dip ladyfinger biscuits into the cooled strawberry syrup.
  • Arrange soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  • Spread mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers and top with sliced strawberries.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  • Decorate with strawberry powder, fresh strawberries, and mint leaves before serving.
