Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the milk while whisking.
Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl with flour and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and quickly tilt the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip it using a spatula and cook for another minute.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
