Crepes are incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in various sweet combinations. Here are a few popular sweet crepes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and gradually add the milk while whisking.
  • Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl with flour and whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour a small amount of batter into the pan and quickly tilt the pan to spread the batter into a thin, even layer.
  • Cook the crepe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip it using a spatula and cook for another minute.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
