Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillet (skinless, cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking spray (for air fryer basket)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the salmon: Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Make the honey mustard glaze: In a small bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and olive oil until smooth.
  • Coat the salmon: Toss the salmon cubes in the honey mustard glaze until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  • Cook the salmon: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Air fry for 7-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve: Let the salmon bites rest for 2 minutes. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or over a fresh salad.
