Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (halved)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

For the Buffalo Sauce:

  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

For Assembly:

  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions
 

Marinate Chicken

  • Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for best results).

Prepare Coating

  • Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper.

Fry Chicken

  • Heat oil in a deep pan.Coat marinated chicken in flour mixture.Fry until golden brown and cooked through (6–8 minutes).

Make Buffalo Sauce

  • Mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey.Toss fried chicken in the sauce until coated.

Assemble Sandwich

  • Toast buns lightly.Place chicken on the bun.Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and dressing.Cover with top bun and serve immediately.
