Ingredients
  

  • 2 pheasant breasts (cut into portions)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Rinse pheasant pieces.
    Pat dry with paper towels.
    Lightly tenderize if needed.
  • Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
    In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
  • Dip pheasant in egg mixture.
    Coat with flour mixture.
    Press gently to stick.
  • Heat oil over medium heat.
    Fry pheasant 6–8 minutes per side.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Remove and drain on paper towels.
