Chicken Patties are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. These easy-to-make patties are perfect for snacks, burgers, or appetizers.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gram minced chicken
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional)
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg (for binding)
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
  • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, and soy sauce.
  • Add Binders: Crack an egg into the mixture and add breadcrumbs. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
  • Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
  • Coat for Crispiness: Lightly coat each patty with extra breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
  • Fry the Patties: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each patty for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with dipping sauce, in burgers, or as a side dish.

Notes

  • If the mixture is too wet, add extra breadcrumbs.
  • You can bake or air-fry these patties for a healthier option.
