Chicken Patties are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. These easy-to-make patties are perfect for snacks, burgers, or appetizers.

- 500 gram minced chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mustard (optional)
- 1 egg (for binding)
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
- 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
Prepare the Mixture: In a bowl, mix minced chicken, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, oregano, and soy sauce.
Add Binders: Crack an egg into the mixture and add breadcrumbs. Mix well until the mixture holds together.
Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
Coat for Crispiness: Lightly coat each patty with extra breadcrumbs for a crispy texture.
Fry the Patties: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry each patty for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve hot with dipping sauce, in burgers, or as a side dish.
