Ingredients
  

For Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Water as needed

For Filling

  • 300 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Oil for deep frying

Make Dough

  • Mix flour and salt Add oil and water Knead into soft dough Rest 20 minutes.

Prepare Filling

  • Heat oil in a pan Cook onions and garlic Add ground meat Add spices Cook until done Cool filling.

Shape Sambusa

  • Roll dough thin Cut into circles Fold into cones Fill with mixture Seal edges.

Fry

  • Heat oil Fry until golden Drain on paper.

  • Thin dough becomes crispier.

  • Seal edges tightly.
  • Medium heat frying works best.
