- 1 kg chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Honey Sriracha Sauce:
- ⅓ cup honey
- ¼ cup sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with foil and a wire rack.
In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until crispy and golden.
Meanwhile, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, butter, and vinegar in a saucepan.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Toss hot wings in the honey sriracha sauce until evenly coated.
Serve immediately.
