Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken wings, cleaned and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Honey Sriracha Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with foil and a wire rack.
  • In a bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning once, until crispy and golden.
  • Meanwhile, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, butter, and vinegar in a saucepan.
  • Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Toss hot wings in the honey sriracha sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately.
