For the Beef
- 450 g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Orange Sauce
- Zest of 1 orange
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
For Stir-Frying
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried red chili flakes (optional)

Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper.
