Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh okra, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). A hot oven ensures crispiness.
  • Prepare the Okra
    Wash the okra and dry it thoroughly. Trim the ends and slice each pod into halves lengthwise.
  • Season the Okra
    In a large bowl, toss the sliced okra with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until well-coated.
  • Arrange on a Baking Sheet
    Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the okra evenly in a single layer. Don’t overcrowd the pan.
