Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks (skin-on for crispiness)
  • 3 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the potato fries on a baking tray and drizzle with half the olive oil.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and half the rosemary. Toss well.
  • Add chicken to the tray and rub with remaining oil, garlic powder, salt, and rosemary.
  • Arrange everything in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, turning fries once halfway through.
  • Broil for 3–5 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges.
