- 1 lb ground beef (or chicken/turkey)
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 10 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup nacho cheese sauce (or shredded cheddar)
 - 5 tostada shells (or tortilla chips)
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
 - 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Cook meat: In a skillet, brown ground beef. Drain excess fat, add taco seasoning, and cook according to package instructions. Set aside. Layer tortillas: On a greased baking sheet or round pizza pan, overlap tortillas in a circle with edges hanging over to form a ring base. Add fillings:spread nacho cheese in the centre, top with seasoned beef, tostadas (or chips), sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Close ring: Fold overhanging tortilla edges toward the centre to seal the ring. Place an extra tortilla in the middle if needed. Bake: Brush with olive oil, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Slice & serve: Cut into wedges and enjoy with salsa or guacamole.

- Use large burrito-size tortillas for easier folding.

- Don’t overfill to avoid tearing the tortillas.

- Add beans or rice for extra heartiness.

- Swap beef for shredded chicken or vegetarian fillings.

- Serve with extra sour cream, guacamole, or salsa on the side.
