Chicken Cheese Kebab is a mouthwatering combination of tender chicken, melted cheese, and aromatic spices grilled to perfection. A perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion!

- 500 gram minced chicken
- ½ cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 -inch ginger (grated)
- 1 green chili (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs (for binding)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter (for brushing)
- Skewers (if grilling)
Prepare the mixture: In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, cheese, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, and coriander.
Season the mixture: Add salt, black pepper, garam masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, breadcrumbs, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Shape the kebabs: Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it around skewers or form into small patties.
Preheat the grill or pan: Lightly grease a grill pan or barbecue grill.
Cook the kebabs:Grilling: Cook over medium heat, brushing with oil, for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.Pan-frying: Heat oil in a pan and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown.Baking: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve hot: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with mint chutney or yogurt dip.
