Ingredients
  

  • 20 ladyfingers
  • 1½ cups brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form.
  • Beat mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  • Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in a dish.
  • Spread half of the cream mixture over the base layer.
  • Add another layer of espresso-dipped ladyfingers.
  • Spread the remaining cream evenly on top.
