Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6–8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeded)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until fully mixed.
  • Spread mixture evenly into a serving dish.
  • Top with crumbled bacon.
  • Add chopped lettuce over the bacon layer.
  • Scatter diced tomatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle green onions if using.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  •  Seed tomatoes to prevent watery dip.
  • Add lettuce just before serving for freshness.
  • Use thick-cut bacon for richer flavour.
  • Keep dip chilled for best texture.
  • Serve in a shallow dish for even layers.
