Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • Red icing, candy eyes, or sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Spread the batter into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting into squares.
  • Decorate with red icing, candy horns, or edible flames.

Notes

  • Use dark brown sugar for richer flavor.
  • Don’t overbake to keep blondies soft and chewy.
  • Let them cool before cutting to prevent crumbling.
  • Store in an airtight container for freshness.
  • Freeze undecorated blondies for up to 2 months.
