- 2  lobster tails
 - 2 tbsp  butter, melted
 - 1 tsp  Dijon mustard
 - 1 tsp  paprika
 - 1/2  tsp  cayenne pepper
 - 1 tsp  garlic powder
 - 1 tsp lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
 - 1/2  tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1/2  tsp  salt
 - 1/4 tsp  black pepper
 - 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
 - Lemon wedges (for serving)
 
 
Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare lobster tails: Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the shells and pull the meat slightly out while keeping it attached. Make the seasoning mix: In a bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Coat the lobster:Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat. Add breadcrumbs: Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the lobster for a slight crunch. Bake: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
