Ingredients
  

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven:
    Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare lobster tails:
    Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the shells and pull the meat slightly out while keeping it attached.
  • Make the seasoning mix:
    In a bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the lobster:
    Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  • Add breadcrumbs:
    Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the lobster for a slight crunch.
  • Bake:
    Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  • Garnish and serve:
    Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne pepper to control the spice level.
  • Serve with a side of melted butter for dipping.
