- 1 cup dill pickle juice (for marinating)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying, if pan-frying)
Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a bowl or ziplock bag and pour in the dill pickle juice. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Prepare the Coating: In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken: Beat an egg in a separate bowl. Remove chicken from the marinade, dip into the egg, and then coat in the Parmesan mixture.
