  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil and steep Earl Grey tea bags for 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar while the tea is warm.
  • Let the tea cool to room temperature.
  • Add fresh lime juice and lime zest, mixing well.
  • Place small lime slices or mint leaves into popsicle molds if desired.
  • Pour the tea mixture into molds.
  • Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  • Run warm water over molds briefly to release popsicles.
  • Serve chilled for a refreshing, aromatic treat.
