- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Food coloring (pastel colors like pink, blue, yellow, and green)
- 1 cup water for each color
- 1 teaspoon vinegar for each dye cup
- Paprika for garnish
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10–12 minutes.
Transfer eggs to an ice bath and allow them to cool completely. Peel the shells carefully.
Cut each egg lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
In separate cups, mix water, vinegar, and a few drops of food coloring.
Place egg white halves into the dye baths for 5–10 minutes until the desired color appears. Remove and let dry on paper towels.
Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the filling into the colored egg whites.
