Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound (450g) frozen popcorn chicken or chicken nuggets
  • ½ cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce (any variety you like)
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, green onions, orange zest

Instructions
 

  • Bake the chicken: Cook frozen chicken nuggets or popcorn chicken according to the package instructions (typically 18–20 minutes at 400°F/200°C).
  • Make the sauce: While the chicken bakes, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, and barbecue sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until warmed and well blended (about 5 minutes).
  • Coat the chicken: Once chicken is cooked and crispy, toss it in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, air-fry the chicken instead of baking.
  • Adjust sweetness by using less marmalade or a spicier BBQ sauce.
