- 1 liter full-fat milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
Pour milk into a heavy pan.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat.Simmer until reduced by one-third.Stir frequently.
Add sugar.Add condensed milk.Add cardamom powder.Mix well.
Add almonds and pistachios.Stir gently.Turn off heat.Cool completely.
Pour mixture into molds.Freeze 6–8 hours.
Remove from molds.Serve cold.
