Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 2 tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk into a heavy pan.Bring to a boil.Reduce heat.Simmer until reduced by one-third.Stir frequently.
  • Add sugar.Add condensed milk.Add cardamom powder.Mix well.
  • Add almonds and pistachios.Stir gently.Turn off heat.Cool completely.
  • Pour mixture into molds.Freeze 6–8 hours.
  • Remove from molds.Serve cold.

Notes

  • Use full-fat milk.
  • Stir frequently.
  • Cool before freezing.
  • Use airtight molds.
  • Do not overboil.
  • Add nuts finely chopped.
  • Freeze completely.
  • Serve chilled.
