- 1 cup apricot preserves or jam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, whisk apricot preserves, soy sauce, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with the apricot mixture.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and glaze caramelizes.
