  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
  • 12 hard taco shells
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook beef: In a pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef and cook until browned.

  • Arrange shells: Place taco shells upright on a sheet pan.
