Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely sliced
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup toasted almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Thinly slice them using a sharp knife or mandoline.

  • Pour the dressing over the sprouts and toss well to combine.
