- 2 cups pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless chicken breasts (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 zucchini (sliced)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh basil or parsley (chopped)
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add remaining olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Return cooked chicken to the pan and mix well.
