- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Cut into 24 squares.
Shape the Cups: Press each square into a mini muffin cup, gently pushing down to form a well.
Add Brie: Place a small cube of Brie into each pastry cup.
Top with Cranberry Sauce: Add about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the Brie.
Optional Add-Ins: Sprinkle chopped pecans and drizzle with honey if desired.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the Brie is melted.
Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme. Serve warm.
- Use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience or make homemade sauce for a fresher taste.
- Brie rind is edible and adds flavor, but you can remove it if preferred.
- Puff pastry can be prepared ahead and assembled just before baking.
