- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup heavy cream (optional for richness)
- ¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Grease a baking dish and evenly spread the bread cubes inside.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
