- 1 large piece of lavash flatbread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.)
- 5–6 pepperoni slices or cooked sausage (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Olive oil (for brushing edges)
- Red pepper flakes or fresh basil (optional for garnish)
Preheat the oven: Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Prepare the lavash: Lay the lavash on the baking sheet. Brush edges lightly with olive oil for extra crispness.
Add sauce and cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the lavash, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
Add toppings: Arrange vegetables, meats, or any preferred toppings over the cheese. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crisp and golden.
Cool and serve: Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing. Garnish with red pepper flakes or basil if desired.
