- 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in half of the cheese, half of the bacon, and half of the green onions.
