Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade.

  • Arrange the chicken in a lightly greased baking dish.
