Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup refried beans (warmed slightly)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole (optional)
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray.
  • Drop spoonfuls of refried beans over the chips.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  • Add jalapeños and olives if using.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts completely.
  • Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
