- 3 cups (375g) all-purpose or bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and yeast.Add the warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
After the rise, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a Dutch oven inside to heat.
Lightly flour a surface and shape the dough into a ball.
Place the dough on parchment paper and let it rest for 30 minutes while the oven heats.
Carefully transfer the dough (with parchment paper) into the hot Dutch oven.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
