- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 lb chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups milk (or half-and-half for richer sauce)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Optional: 1/2 cup broccoli or spinach
Cook chicken: In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
