- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Optional: ¼ cup chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for mix-ins
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
