Ravioli Lasagna is a simple, cheesy, and flavorful dish made by layering ravioli, marinara sauce, and cheese for an effortless yet delicious meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (25 oz) package frozen or fresh cheese or meat ravioli
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the dish)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.
  • Arrange a single layer of ravioli over the sauce.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or frozen ravioli—no need to pre-boil them.
  • Try using different ravioli fillings like spinach and ricotta, beef, or mushroom for variety.
  • Substitute marinara with Alfredo sauce for a creamy twist.
