- 4 chicken drumsticks or breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large zip bag.
Lightly brush chicken with olive oil.
Place chicken in the bag, seal, and shake until coated evenly.
Arrange coated chicken on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
