Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces fish fillet (such as tilapia, cod, or salmon)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pat the fish fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
